The Golden Islands
Opposite the peninsula of Giens, these islands await you for a hike in nature
The 3 Golden Islands can easily be reached by taking one of the ferries on the continent, and offer a great number of visits. Port-Cros is the most unspoiled of the three. It unveils along signposted hiking tracks, taking you to small beaches sheltered by creeks. Porquerolles welcomes you in its charming village with many restaurants. It offers two sides: the steep coast of the south and the fine sand beaches bathing in turquoise water in the north. Le Levant, with a small part reserved for naturists, holds a protected nature site of 20 ha with Mediterranean vegetation.
